After 35 years behind the chair, I have learned that hair trends rarely arrive all at once. They show up one client at a time, in the photos people bring and the questions they ask. In 2026 those questions sound different. Clients are less interested in a dramatic change for its own sake and more interested in hair that looks expensive, feels healthy and still looks good six weeks later.
